The optical offering at Gemini Park centers is growing stronger thanks to a collaboration with Fielmann. This global brand, boasting over 1,000 stores worldwide, entered Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała in January, and this spring, another outlet will also open in Tarnów.

Science Point LAB, a unique center for educational entertainment, has returned for the third time to Gemini Park in Bielsko-Biała. The latest edition surprises with three interactive puzzle rooms in an escape room style, exhibitions, and a real laboratory – just a few of the attractions awaiting residents of Podbeskidzie. For this year’s project, valued at over 360,000 PLN, Gemini Park, in partnership with the University of Bielsko-Biała, secured a grant of 305,000 PLN from the Ministry of Science and Higher Education. The previous edition was recognized in the PRCH Awards competition.

Starting in early 2024, Gemini Park in Tychy will inaugurate the modern children’s play area “Hip-hop.” This new facility, covering over 500 sqm on the ground floor, is set to complement the center’s attractive retail and entertainment offerings, targeting the residents of the Silesian agglomeration.

New openings, extensions, and expansions have marked a successful period for the Gemini Park shopping centers. This fall alone, six new tenants have joined the galleries in Tychy and Bielsko-Biała, and across all three properties owned by the Holding, a total of 23 lease agreements covering over 8,000 sqm GLA have been renewed.

Gemini Holding, a Kraków-based investor and manager of shopping centers, has won two prestigious PRCH Retail Awards. In the BIGGEST CHALLENGE category, Gemini Park Tarnów was honored for the process of re-commercialization and re-arrangement of 11,000 square meters of retail space in an operating shopping center. Meanwhile, Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała found success in the CSR ACTION AND STRATEGY OF THE YEAR category with its pioneering open mini-science center initiative, Science Point 2.0.

Gemini Park in Tarnów is strengthening its collaboration with its valued long-term tenant – this December, a salon nearly twice the size of the existing OCHNIK store will be unveiled in a new, attractive look. Spanning over 242 sqm, it will feature two zones: clothing and leather goods and luggage, and the store, arranged according to the brand’s latest concept, will enhance the rich fashion offering of the largest shopping center in the region.

The jewelry selection at Gemini Park Tychy is gaining strength. In mid-November, it will be enhanced by TOUS – a global brand with over 100 years of experience in the market. This new tenant is set to expand Gemini Park Tychy’s jewelry zone by an impressive 60 square meters.

Shopping for a cause is a new trend in shopping centers, gaining popularity not only in our country but also worldwide. In response to growing consumer sensitivity, Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała has opened its first charity shop, “ŚWIETLIKOWO – TO I OWO.” This unique collaboration with the Śląskie Hospicjum dla Dzieci Foundation allows used items to find new owners, with the store’s profits supporting the foundation’s young beneficiaries.

Three interactive puzzle rooms, a mini-laboratory, and a mega escape room in an open format – these are the offerings from the Bielsko-Biała gallery and the University of Bielsko-Biała as part of Science Point LAB for 2024. Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała, together with UBB, have secured as much as 305,000 zlotys from a grant from the Ministry of Education and Science for the realization of the third edition of this unique mini-science center within a shopping facility. The previous edition of the edu-space was visited by over 35,000 people, and the entire Science Point 2.0 project was also recognized by industry forums, earning a nomination for this year’s PRCH Awards in the CSR ACTION AND STRATEGY OF THE YEAR category.
