

The opening of the IKEA store in Bielsko-Biała marks another step in the brand’s consistently implemented strategy. IKEA will introduce a smaller-format store that will nonetheless offer all the services available at larger locations. Despite its compact size, the store will feature a broad selection of products and home furnishing ideas. It will be a space designed to inspire, provide practical solutions, and respond to the current needs of consumers.

The new store in Bielsko-Biała will feature inspiring interior arrangements using IKEA products, with around 1,000 items available for immediate purchase. Customers will find iconic products such as LACK side tables, DRÖNA storage boxes, LUGNARE scented candles, and GOSIG RÅTTA plush toys. The full IKEA assortment will be available for home delivery or pickup at the IKEA Order Collection Point in Bielsko-Biała or the Mobile Collection Point in Cieszyn. Shoppers will enjoy the rotating selection, seasonal launches, and frequently updated showroom layouts. Experienced IKEA staff will assist with kitchen design, storage systems, and other customized home solutions.

Silesia has long been a key region for IKEA. The Katowice store is celebrating its 25th anniversary this year, and Bielsko-Biała residents have had access to the IKEA Planning Studio at Gemini Park for more than three years. In November 2021, IKEA opened another Planning Studio at the Forum Shopping Centre in Gliwice, which in April 2024 was transformed into a new format combining planning services with the opportunity to purchase selected items on-site.
