This year, approximately 1,160 square meters of retail space were added by new brands. Five-year lease agreements were signed with stores such as Terranova (approx. 490 sqm), Pierre Cardin (over 130 sqm), Change Lingerie (approx. 100 sqm), Fielmann (over 90 sqm), Pandora (over 65 sqm), and the La Flor flower shop (approx. 40 sqm). Additionally, early 2025 will mark the debut of the region’s first Rituals store (over 170 sqm), with the lease signed earlier this year.
– This year, we signed six agreements with new tenants, and 13 brands decided to reopen their stores, undertaking renovations and expansions along with concept updates – says Joanna Zemczak, Head of Lease at Gemini Holding. – These developments bring great satisfaction to both us and our customers, as they highlight the stability and appeal of our center. In a well-established center like ours, it is essential to follow trends and refresh offerings to consistently meet consumer expectations – adds Zemczak.
Existing tenants also actively invested in modernizing and expanding their spaces in 2024. As a result, the retail space of 13 brands grew from over 4,825 sqm to over 5,743 sqm, reflecting a 19% increase in leased area.
Brands such as Reserved, Medicine, House, Cropp, Deichmann, and home&you expanded their spaces and adopted the latest brand concepts. Meanwhile, CCC, Ryłko, Hebe, Calzedonia, Intimissimi, and Pan Burger focused on modernizing their stores.
In total, 2024 saw nearly 7,000 sqm of space transformed across 20 brands within Gemini Park Tarnów. The shopping center now boasts an impressive 99% occupancy rate.
