The Gemini Park shopping centers in Tarnów, Tychy, and Bielsko-Biała continue to expand their offerings while fostering long-term, fruitful relationships with tenants. Careful attention to market needs is paying off, reflected in a diverse and attractive tenant-mix, stable foot traffic, and the number of contracts signed recently.

Since the beginning of September, six new brands have debuted in the shopping galleries under Gemini Holding’s management. These include well-known names like TOUS and Caseownia in Tychy, as well as Alpine Pro and Crazy Bubble in Bielsko-Biała. In Tarnów, new agreements mean four LPP group brands (Reserved, Mohito, Cropp, House) will soon appear in the center with new concepts and larger spaces. More openings are planned in the coming months across all centers: Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała will add to its optical and gastronomic offerings, a top jewelry brand will arrive in Tarnów, and a children’s playroom will open in Tychy.

– The recent months have been intensely focused on leasing for the Gemini Park centers, resulting in a series of new openings and extensions. This is the best proof of our continuous development, the trust we have from our long-term partners, and our ability to create an attractive business environment for tenants – said Anna Malcharek, Managing Director of Gemini Holding. – The leasing potential of the shopping centers in Tarnów, Tychy, and Bielsko-Biała is recognized by major retail market players and smaller, local brands, allowing us to continually enrich our tenant-mix with new shopping destinations appreciated by consumers.

The result of long-term, partnership-based collaboration is the renewal of several lease agreements. In Gemini Park Tychy alone, autumn extensions involved over 4.5 thousand sqm. Ten brands, including all LPP portfolio brands, CCC, Empik, and By Dziubeka, will remain longer in Tychy, with By Dziubeka showcasing its newest design concept on a larger area.

In Gemini Park Tarnów, five tenants extended their agreements this autumn, including CCC, Empik, T-mobile, OCHNIK, and Vessuna cosmetics salon, which will also gain new, larger spaces. Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała boasts eight extensions covering over 1.8 thousand sqm in total. Several brands, such as Triumph, Douglas, and Sushi Samuraj restaurant, have opted to expand into larger spaces. Altogether, the extensions in recent months across all facilities encompass nearly 8.1 thousand sqm.

– Our successful commercialization strategy continues to strengthen our tenant-mix. The satisfying collaboration has resulted in 23 renovations and extensions this autumn – says Joanna Zemczak, Head of Lease at Gemini Holding. – The turn of 2023 and 2024 looks to be equally intense.
