Soon, Giga Buła – a restaurant concept specializing in American-style dishes such as burgers and fries – will join the tenant mix at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała. The new restaurant, occupying more than 61 sqm, is scheduled to open at the end of April. It will enrich the center’s already extensive food offer, which currently includes 13 outlets from both international and local brands such as McDonald’s, Pizza Hut, KFC, Olimp, Donner Kebab, Sushi Samuraj, Silver Dragon, Chrup! Nie gadaj, as well as cafés and ice cream shops including Costa Coffee, Grycan, Cukiernia Sowa, Crazy Bubble, and Lodomania.
Gemini Park Tarnów has also signed a new lease agreement with the Thai-Long restaurant chain, which will soon open its newest location. Visitors will be able to enjoy dishes inspired by Vietnamese and Thai cuisine. The 84 sqm restaurant is also scheduled to open at the end of April. These Asian flavors will further enhance the existing food & beverage offering at Gemini Park Tarnów, which includes KFC, Pizza Hut Express, Pan Burger, Olimp, Grycan, Ice Cafe, and Strusinianka.
Research conducted for Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała indicates that the center’s culinary offer is one of its key differentiators. After fashion, health & beauty, and footwear stores, it is the food and beverage tenants that attract the highest customer traffic. As many as 93% of respondents expressed satisfaction with the culinary options available, with 54% rating them as highly satisfying. Additionally, 95% of those surveyed appreciated the convenience of the Bielsko-Biała food court, and 59% rated it as very comfortable.
Moreover, customers of Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała indicated that the variety of restaurants, cafés, and other food service options is a key factor in choosing a shopping center — second only to the attractiveness of the retail offering. These findings confirm the increasing role of gastronomy and entertainment in modern shopping centers.
