The new Reserved store now offers a more extensive range of clothing and accessories in a spacious, modern setting, catering to fans of urban style. Similar changes are planned for other LPP Group brands, such as Cropp and House, which will open in new, larger locations in September this year. Additionally, the Mohito store will undergo a makeover and welcome its customers in a refreshed format in the first half of 2025. As a result, the total space occupied by LPP Group brands at Gemini Park Tarnów will increase by 23%.

– We are steadily implementing our strategy to strengthen the fashion profile of our center. LPP Group has been present at Gemini Park Tarnów since 2010, and our long-term collaboration has resulted in the presence of all LPP brands in the center. We are pleased to take this step toward mutual growth – emphasizes Joanna Zemczak, Head of Lease at Gemini Holding.

However, it’s not just LPP brands that will benefit from a refreshed image at Gemini Park Tarnów. Medicine, another long-term tenant, will relocate to a larger space by the end of this summer, offering a richer fashion selection to customers in this part of Małopolska. Spanning nearly 360 m², the tenant will provide clothing for both women and men, including collections created in collaboration with well-known artists.

Additionally, popular Polish footwear brands CCC and Ryłko have also adopted new design concepts this year, though without expanding or relocating their stores within the center.

– All the actions we undertake are aimed at enhancing the attractiveness of the center based on current trends and customer preferences. We will now be able to offer an even wider range of products and greater shopping comfort in the stores that our customers value and visit frequently – adds Joanna Zemczak.

Expanding the offerings of popular and established brands in the Polish market is a well-considered step for the gallery to strengthen its position as a leader in fashion brands in the region. In the first quarter of 2024, the turnover index per square meter for the fashion sector at Gemini Park Tarnów was more than 16 percentage points higher than the nationwide index for this sector published by PRCH.
