– For us, Shopping Center Forum is primarily an opportunity to meet existing and potential partners face to face and discuss how the market and tenants’ needs are changing. Many of these meetings mark the beginning of relationships that develop into long-term cooperation, and these partnerships underpin much of what we do. They enable us to work together to develop strong, appealing shopping centres that meet the expectations of both customers and our business partners. We are pleased that tenants have placed their trust in Gemini Park shopping centres for years, with our consistently strong leasing results providing the clearest confirmation of this. The first half of this year was also very satisfying in that respect – says Anna Malcharek, Managing Director of Gemini Holding.
Active leasing and near full occupancy
The first half of 2026 brought further strong leasing results for Gemini Holding. Across the three Gemini Park shopping centres, a total of 36 agreements and addenda extending leases were signed, covering nearly 7,200 sq m. At the same time, 19 new or refurbished units opened in the first six months of the year, with a combined area of more than 5,400 sq m.
High leasing activity has helped maintain near full occupancy at all three properties. These results confirm the appeal of Gemini Park shopping centres to tenants and the effectiveness of the company’s consistently implemented leasing strategy.
Gemini Holding has operated in Poland’s commercial property market for more than 30 years, combining expertise in shopping centre management with capabilities in investment project delivery and development. The company owns and manages three properties under the Gemini Park brand, in Tychy, Bielsko-Biała and Tarnów, offering a combined area of 132,000 sq m.
Experience gained over decades enables Gemini Holding to deliver commercial projects effectively and support partners in making key investment decisions. As one of the pioneers of Poland’s retail property market, the company has worked over the years with major brands operating in Poland, including Carrefour, Tesco, Lidl, McDonald’s and Géant.
