Gemini Holding: Growth in Food & Beverage Turnover and New Lease Agreements

Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała and Gemini Park Tarnów have reviewed the performance of the food & beverage sector in 2024 — and the results are promising. Both shopping centers reported a 5% year-on-year increase in turnover among their restaurant tenants. In response to the growing interest in culinary offerings, Gemini Park centers are planning to further develop their food courts by introducing new restaurant concepts. Giga Buła in Bielsko-Biała and Thai-Long in Tarnów are set to open in April.

ROMET Debuts at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała

The offering at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała has just been expanded with a new sports tenant. On March 7, the first ROMET showroom in the Podbeskidzie region opened its doors, coinciding with the start of the cycling season. At the beginning of 2025, Gemini Holding, in collaboration with Colliers, signed a lease agreement with the Malaysian non-food discount chain MR.DIY, which debuted in Poland in November last year.
