Sinsay’s new premises will cover an area of 972 square metres – more than twice the size of its previous location – making it the brand’s largest store in the whole of Tychy.
The new Sinsay format will operate under a refreshed concept. The existing décor will be replaced by a modern, bright and more spacious layout, in line with current trends in retail space design. The changes will ensure greater clarity of display and a more comfortable shopping experience. The interior will be fitted with new display furniture, well-planned product zones and refined lighting that highlights the character of the collection and brings brightness to the space. The combination of modern design and functionality will create a friendly and inspiring shopping destination for the whole family.
– The opening of the refurbished Sinsay store at Gemini Park Tychy is a response to the growing interest in the brand’s range in this region and in the city centre itself. We wanted to create a space that would provide customers with even greater shopping comfort, better product display and a modern experience in line with Sinsay’s current standards,” comments Igor Oszczepalski, Sinsay Retail Marketing Communication Manager.
The expansion of the store also means a significant expansion of the product range. In addition to the existing range of women’s fashion, the new store will also stock men’s and children’s collections, as well as a homeware range. The range will be complemented by accessories and homeware, making the store a one-stop shopping destination that caters to the needs of a wide range of customers.
– We are delighted that it is at Gemini Park Tychy where customers will be able to visit the city’s largest store of this popular, rapidly growing brand. This is a significant milestone in terms of strengthening our offering, but also a clear sign of confidence from a brand that has been part of our tenant mix for many years. Long-standing tenants regularly invest in development at our centre, introducing new formats and expanding their product ranges, which is a result of the very good results they achieve here,” says Joanna Zemczak, Head of Lease at Gemini Holding.
Gemini Park Tychy is the leading shopping destination for residents of the city and the region. Strengthening the fashion offering remains a key pillar of the centre’s development strategy, and the strong performance of the mixed fashion segment confirms that this direction meets the real needs of customers. In 2025, the mixed fashion category recorded solid growth in turnover per square metre at the centre, at 4% year-on-year.
