Sport and fashion in the spotlight: A new 4F concept opens at Gemini Park Tarnów

Innovative, spacious, and designed to deliver an exceptional shopping experience – this is the new 4F store, which opened on August 22 at Gemini Park Tarnów. The modernized store marks another milestone in the long-standing partnership between 4F and Gemini Holding and responds to the growing popularity of the sports and fashion segment in the center.

The 4F store has been relocated and now occupies nearly 310 sqm – a 30% increase in space. Its interior was designed with active lifestyle enthusiasts in mind, offering not only a wide range of products but also a unique customer experience. The store’s concept draws inspiration from stadium architecture – a symbol of athletic emotion and competition. With its dynamic layout, innovative technologies, diverse materials, and play of light, the space exudes energy and perfectly reflects the philosophy and DNA of the 4F brand.

A key feature of the store is the 4F Teamwear zone, which showcases collections designed for sports teams. This area underscores the brand’s commitment to supporting athletes and promoting the development of sports at all levels.

– The opening of the store in Tarnów is another step in implementing our retail expansion strategy. We want new 4F concepts to be present in the largest and most dynamically growing shopping centers in Poland and abroad. The strengthened presence of this popular sportswear brand in Tarnów highlights the strategic role Gemini Holding plays in supporting the growth of its retail partners. The cooperation between 4F and Gemini Holding spans many years – the brand is now present in all Gemini Park centers: for 12 years in Tarnów, 7 years in Tychy, and 16 years in Bielsko-Biała, since the very beginning of the center’s operations.

The expansion of 4F aligns with the growing popularity of the sportswear segment at Gemini Park Tarnów. In July 2025, turnover in this category increased by 10% year-on-year, while 4F alone recorded an impressive 20% rise in sales in the first half of the year. Meanwhile, the mixed fashion segment, of which 4F is a part, remains one of the key pillars of the tenant mix at Gemini Park Tarnów – in June, it saw a 6% year-on-year increase in turnover.

At the same time, we are seeing increased interest in sportswear and dynamic growth in this category – something that is clearly reflected in our strategy. In addition to the 4F store, the sports segment at Gemini Park Tarnów includes brands such as Martes Sport, JD Sports, and kaes. The center continues to support the development of this category through targeted marketing initiatives. Events and campaigns promoting active lifestyles add extra value for customers and reinforce Gemini Park’s position as a destination that meets the evolving needs of today’s consumers.
