In October, Gemini Park Tychy will further diversify its portfolio with the addition of a new brand in the non-food discount segment. The Woolworth store at Gemini Park Tychy will occupy nearly 1,500 sq. m., making it one of the brand’s largest locations in southern Poland. In line with the company’s philosophy, customers will have access to a vast selection of everyday items. With a diverse inventory of up to 12,000 products, Woolworth appeals to a broad demographic of shoppers.

“Integrating Woolworth into the Gemini Park Tychy tenant mix is another step toward building a truly comprehensive retail offering. Our strategy focuses on strengthening the tenant mix with brands from various categories, allowing us to accurately meet the diverse shopping needs of the region’s residents,” says Justyna Kozioł, Senior Leasing Manager at Gemini Holding.

Woolworth is a prominent German discount and department store chain. Since its entry into the Polish market in 2023, the brand has pursued an intensive expansion strategy, with plans to open 40 new stores between 2025 and 2026.

“Our slogan, ‘Home of Discount,’ is a promise,” says Szymon Dąbrowski, Managing Director of Woolworth Polska. “Even in times of global inflation, we offer our customers an attractive price-to-quality ratio, providing products that are both affordable and highly practical.”

The Woolworth assortment includes apparel for the entire family, household goods, home décor, electronics, footwear, leather goods, home textiles, stationery, toys, drugstore items, cosmetics, haberdashery, snacks, beverages, and seasonal products.

This new tenant will enrich the diverse ecosystem of Gemini Park Tychy, which already features a robust selection of Polish and international brands across fashion, beauty, electronics, and home & décor. Thanks to this wide-ranging offer, Gemini Park Tychy remains one of the most significant retail destinations in the region and a preferred location for major international brands.
