For years, Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała has been successfully implementing eco-friendly initiatives aimed at educating the local community about environmental protection. The latest of these is the ecoGift Card, entirely made of paper, now available to all customers of the shopping center.
– The ecoGift Card is a significant element of sales support in the shops and service points of Gemini Park tenants in Bielsko-Biała. The card can be topped up with amounts from 50 to 1000 Polish Zloty (PLN) and used in over 100 locations within the mall. It’s an excellent gift for various occasions, but also an attractive solution for companies, which can provide this practical benefit to their employees. We are pleased that Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała is implementing this innovative solution as the first shopping mall in our region – comments Krzysztof Brączek, Director of Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała.
Eco-friendly gift cards can be purchased from a card vending machine, which has caught the attention of customers in the mall’s passage. This modern, self-service device allows you to buy a gift card in three simple steps and make payment with a credit card. The machine also offers the option to check the balance and expiration date of the card by scanning a QR code.
– In response to business needs and the latest HR trends, we have prepared an attractive offer of ecoGift Cards for Companies. Depending on customer needs, the cards will be delivered directly to the office or for collection at the sales point. A convenient option for B2B clients will also be to provide employees with collection codes, based on which each of them can personally pick up their ecoGift Card at the card vending machine – emphasizes Krzysztof Brączek.
Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała Plays It Green
As one of the largest shopping centers in the region, Gemini Park takes special care of the local ecosystem and actively works for the community of Bielsko-Biała and its surroundings. As part of the new eco-initiative, Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała will donate 1% of the value of each card’s top-up to organizations promoting ecological actions, especially for educating children and youth about caring for the natural environment.
As Gemini Park admits, not only will the card be green, but so will the accompanying promotional campaign. After the promotional campaign, advertising materials will be upcycled into unique eco-gadgets. Bags and fanny packs made from banners, as well as paper wallets and pouches made from posters, will remind the residents of Bielsko-Biała and its surroundings that every item can gain a new life in an elegant, albeit sometimes unexpected, form. GP Bielsko-Biała has already announced ambassadors for the latest eco-initiative. They will be Miss and Mister Beskids 2023, who, with their eco-enthusiasm, will encourage the inhabitants of the Podbeskidzie region to use the region’s only ecoGift Card.
