Turnover per square meter at Gemini shopping centers has increased significantly compared to the previous year, with all centers outperforming the Polish Council of Shopping Centers (PRCH) Turnover Index. Notably, Gemini Park Tarnów saw a 16% rise in turnover, Gemini Park Tychy recorded nearly 9%, and Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała achieved a 6% increase.

Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała

New leases signed in the first half of 2024 total 1,610.24 m². Esotiq opened in April, followed by Sports Direct in July, marking the first location of this brand in the Gemini Park portfolio and strengthening the center’s sports offering.

Lease renewals cover a total of 10,158.31 m², with brands such as Aren, Bytom, Hebe, Hypermarket bi1, home&you, Itaka, and Your Travel Center continuing their partnership with Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała.

A clear trend of store modernization is emerging. Last year, brands like Triumph and Sushi Samuraj introduced new store concepts, followed by Hebe and Douglas this year. More brands, such as Ochnik, will soon open in updated formats with expanded spaces.

Gemini Park Tarnów

In the first half of 2024, Gemini Park Tarnów signed leases for 271.66 m² of space. New tenants include Change Lingerie (opened in March), LaFlor florist (opened in April), and Pierre Cardin (opened in August). The center also welcomed a new Pan Burger restaurant in May, and an expanded Medicine store, redesigned with the brand’s latest concept, opened at the end of the summer.

Following LPP Group’s decision in 2023 to extend all leases and expand their stores, the first half of 2024 saw the reopening of the Reserved store in a larger location with the latest store concept. Additional LPP brand stores—Cropp and House—are scheduled to open in September, all featuring the latest concepts.

Lease renewals cover a total of 965.51 m², with tenants including Duka, Greenpoint, Kantor, Liberty, Medicine, Orange, Perfect Serwis, Play, Sizeer, and Pralnia EBS.

Gemini Park Tychy

Gemini Park Tychy secured a new lease in September for 73.80 m², welcoming Cafemania, created in collaboration with the well-known brand Lodomania. In February, the popular Hop Bęc playground opened, covering 508.42 m².

Lease renewals total 4,133.23 m². Tenants who have extended their leases include Cafe De Grano, Fine Wine, KFC, Lodomania, New Yorker, Ochnik, Reporter Young, Silesia Jeans, Tedi, Tefal, Vision Express, Vive Profit, and Wojas.
