A Larger Ochnik Store in a New Concept at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała

On December 4, Ochnik unveiled its newly expanded store at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała, now spanning 543 square meters. This marks a fourfold increase in size for a store that has been part of the shopping center since its opening 15 years ago.

The lease agreement with the tenant has been renewed for another five years. The new concept divides the store into two sections: Ochnik and Ochnik Accessories, featuring two separate entrances and significantly more space compared to the previous 131 square meters. The store is strategically located between Hebe and the 4F store.

We are gaining a flagship location for a renowned brand that has consistently performed exceptionally well in our gallery – says Joanna Zemczak, Head of Lease at Gemini Holding. – The opening of a modern, spacious store that will undoubtedly attract new customers while satisfying our loyal visitors represents a significant enhancement to our offering. It also confirms that well-established brands thrive in our center and recognize the business potential of collaborating with us.

The category represented by Ochnik enjoys strong popularity at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała, with a growth rate exceeding 5% this year, compared to the nationwide PRCH index, which remains below 4%.

The new “shop-in-shop” model for Ochnik stores is based on a concept that includes two entrances and two distinct zones: one for clothing and another for leather goods and luggage. The clothing zone is further divided into men’s and women’s sections. These spacious, modern stores, ranging from 300 to 700 square meters, allow for an impressive presentation of the brand’s diverse assortment while enhancing the shopping experience.

– One part of the store features a wide selection of outerwear, clothing, footwear, and stylish accessories. The other section is dedicated to luggage and travel accessories, including handbags, travel bags, and wallets – explains Arkadiusz Konarski, Director of Ochnik’s Store Development. – We have already opened over 40 dual-concept stores and plan to double this number in the coming years – he adds.
