In October this year, Gemini Park Tychy Sp. z o.o. signed a five-year lease agreement with Shoebox Polska Sp. z o.o. for the opening of an Office Shoes store spanning over 100 square meters. The store is set to open at the end of November 2024.

For years, shopping centers have played a pivotal role in integrating local communities. This role aligns with management strategies, with partnerships with local governments becoming key to attracting visitors from across the region. In line with this approach, Gemini Park Tychy actively supported a meaningful initiative celebrating World Mental Health Day by hosting an engaging event that promoted both mental and overall health.

This fall, a new 500 sqm Terranova fashion store will open at Gemini Park Tarnów, catering to trend-conscious customers. It will mark the final new concept opening at the Tarnów shopping gallery this year.

On September 10, Cropp and House reopened their stores in new formats at Gemini Park Tarnów, joining the expanded Medicine store that launched in late August.

The first half of 2024 saw dynamic growth across all properties in Gemini Holding’s portfolio. Since January, 40 lease agreements have been signed, covering nearly 17,300 m². Turnover per square meter in Gemini Park shopping centers in Bielsko-Biała, Tarnów, and Tychy significantly exceeded the PRCH index average. The fashion, sports, and entertainment offerings have been strengthened while maintaining a diverse tenant mix tailored to customer needs.

The menswear offering at Tarnów’s shopping center has expanded with the addition of a new tenant, making it the largest in this part of Małopolska. Pierre Cardin, one of the most recognizable clothing brands worldwide, has joined the roster.

Until the end of July, Gemini Park Tychy will host an exhibition of iconic “maluch” cars, displayed across five islands in the shopping center’s common area. This initiative is part of a strategic collaboration between the gallery’s management, cultural institutions, and other local partners.

The Great Little Fiat Expedition is underway, aiming to raise funds for children injured in road accidents and to improve road safety. Among the drivers is Rafał Sonik, a rally driver and CEO of Gemini Holding.

On July 6th, Frasers Group opened a new Sports Direct store at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała, significantly enhancing the mall’s sports offerings.
