On 25 March, the official opening of the refurbished PKO Bank Polski branch took place at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała. The space has been designed in line with the latest and highest standards of customer service, combining modern technological solutions with a comfortable advisory area.
The premises cover an area of over 236 sq m. The new layout of the branch significantly improves functionality and service quality. Customers have access to a spacious waiting area with a queue management system, three service desks ensuring greater privacy, and separate meeting rooms for discussions with advisers. The branch is also equipped with modern self-service solutions, including recycling bins, an internet station and a multimedia zone for children. The local character of the venue is emphasised by visual identity elements referencing the city of Bielsko-Biała.
The branch is open Monday to Friday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, and from mid-April it will also be open to customers on Saturdays from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, which will further increase the availability of banking services for visitors to the centre.
– We are developing the offering at Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała based on customers’ everyday needs and the local context, creating a cohesive, comprehensive space that combines shopping, services and everyday amenities. The refurbishment of the PKO Bank Polski branch is the next step in the consistent strengthening of the services segment, which remains one of the fastest-growing areas in shopping centres – emphasises Krzysztof Brączek, Centre Director of Gemini Park Bielsko-Biała.
