The most significant return of the season is Sinsay. The brand’s new store at Gemini Park Tarnów has opened in a substantially larger format, covering 930 sq. m. While Sinsay initially gained popularity as a clothing retailer, its current offer has expanded far beyond apparel. In addition to women’s, men’s, and children’s collections, the store now features a wide selection of home goods, pet accessories, and a beauty line including makeup and skincare. Customers at the Tarnów center will have access to the brand’s full product portfolio. This new concept reflects the rapid growth of Sinsay, which is currently the most dynamic brand in the LPP portfolio, boasting over 900 stores across 21 markets.
In recent months, two other fashion brands also resumed their operations at the center. Greenpoint reopened in October in a new location, more than doubling its previous footprint to 150 sq. m. For nearly 30 years, this Polish clothing chain has focused on functional, timeless women’s fashion inspired by the “capsule wardrobe” concept. The brand is well-regarded for its use of natural materials and commitment to sustainable development. Additionally, Triumph, one of the world’s most recognizable lingerie brands, resumed operations in July. Its new 70 sq. m. boutique offers a full range of daywear, sleepwear, and shapewear, complemented by professional bra-fitting services.
“Relocations and brand modernizations are natural and vital components of a shopping center’s evolution. When tenants return with refreshed concepts and optimized spaces, it allows them to drive sales and deepen customer engagement. For us, these returns confirm the attractiveness and stability of our tenant mix,” emphasizes Krzysztof Kryczka, Director of Gemini Park Tarnów. “We are observing steady turnover growth across key categories. In the fashion segment specifically, we recorded a 4.9% YoY increase for the January–September period. This significantly outperforms the Polish Council of Shopping Centres (PRCH) benchmark of +1.3%, proving that our center offers high business potential and a long-term perspective for brand development.”
